AKFA Holding made its mark on the international investment stage this August, participating in the second edition of the UK-Saudi Real Estate Exhibition held at The Chancery Rosewood in Grosvenor Square, London. The three-day event, running from 2 to 4 August 2026, brought together leading Saudi property developers, UK investors, and financial institutions under one roof, generating more than £136 million in sales and reservations across its three days.
Organised by the International Investment Gate (IIG), the exhibition is widely regarded as the premier platform connecting Saudi real estate opportunities with British and international capital. This second edition attracted over 2,100 registered attendees and saw fifteen memoranda of understanding signed on the exhibition floor, cementing its place as a key moment in the growing UK-Saudi investment relationship.
AKFA Holding was among the most active participants at the event, using the platform to formalise three separate partnership agreements that reflect the company’s expanding international footprint and commitment to building long-term strategic alliances across the real estate and finance sectors.
